Stuart: It's on our newest cd, I have copies out in my car. ACT TWO: Local high school art room, first day back from Xmas break. I enter to "Turn on the Radio" playing in background. Duke: I just wanted to thank you for your Xmas gift... Hey what's that music, I think I know them. Art teacher: They're local, and I just got the cd, you don't know them. Stonyman, I think. Duke: Dude, they played last year at my wedding and I was supposed to get a copy of the cd from Stuart at Ski's '12th Night' party last Saturday night, but he got into a jam session. Conversation: Talked for several minutes how Ken's artwork resembled R. Crumb. ACT THREE: That night at home relating earlier story to my wife. Knock at the door, enter John Sovitski. John: Here's a late Xmas gift cd. Duke: No way, we were just talking about Stonyman and the new cd. (enter the Twilight zone theme song and Rod Serling appearance) ACT FOUR: next day at school outside my classroom door, a drama teacher is waiting for me. S. Gelzer: Wanted to thank you for your Xmas gift and here's a cd for you. Duke: No way, it's another copy of "Turn Your Radio On." I just got my copy last night! Moral of story: Stonyman has some INCREDIBLE karma!! and makes a GREAT Xmas gift no matter how late after the holiday season.
